Acclaimed multidisciplinary artist and Michelin Star Chef Minh H Phan is Food Forward’s inaugural Artist in Residence.
Minh H Phan and Food Forward invite members of the public to become patrons of this residency and be part of an unprecedented culinary experience on Saturday, October 19 at the Produce Pit Stop, which will be transformed by the artist for one night only.

Minh is exploring humanity, ancestral knowledge, and abundance with Food Forward’s warehouse, the Produce Pit Stop, as her on-site studio and Food Forward itself as her muse and collaborator. Tickets are available for dinner and an evening of art, reflection, and connection. Proceeds from this event will support Food Forward’s mission.
