Betsy Storm

Betsy hails from Oklahoma and spent her childhood summers selling produce at farmers markets. She ventured to Boston for college, where she studied Sociology and Health Policy. Betsy spent her early career directing a nonprofit supporting L.A. students through the college admissions and transition process. Her students, who often experienced food insecurity, confirmed her desire to dive back into food system work. Outside of Food Forward, you can find her hiking, trying to keep her composting worms alive, and being a good auntie to the many dogs in her life.
