Ayden Mallory
Ayden’s passion for food justice and community resilience comes from a lifelong curiosity about food systems. Growing up, she spent her summers working hands-on at local farms and bakeries. She studied patisserie at the New England Culinary Institute and worked at Bread Furst, a James Beard Award-winning bakery in Washington, DC. She later studied the intersection of politics and entrepreneurship at NYU. After graduating, Ayden moved west to explore the farmers markets and agricultural landscape of Southern California, leading her to Food Forward’s Farmers Market Recovery team.
